Step into the ring from anywhere with our 6-Week Virtual Boxing Boot Campa high-energy, coach-led program designed to build power, endurance, and total-body strength. Across 30 sessions, you’ll train 5 days a week with 45-minute workouts that keep you consistent, challenged, and fully engaged.

 

Each session features 13 DYNAMIC ROUNDS that fuse authentic boxing combinations with targeted resistance-band training for a full-body burn. During the boxing segments, you’ll follow along as David appears on-screen holding focus mitts and calling out combinations, creating a realistic, interactive mitt-work experience.

 

As your coach cues the punches, you’ll fire back on the THE RONIN—throwing uppercuts, hooks, and power shots exactly as you would in a real mitt session.

 

During the strength rounds, David trains right alongside you, demonstrating and performing each resistance-band exercise to help you stay motivated, confident, and in perfect form.

 

Beyond skill-building, this is a full body-transformation program engineered to help you burn calories, shed body fat, and build lean, toned muscle. The combination of high-intensity boxing and resistance training is designed to elevate your metabolism, tighten your core, and dramatically improve your conditioning. Over the 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, lighter, more athletic—and see real changes in the mirror.
